Issue

The company needed our assistance in creating a strategic road map to meet desired results.

Solution

We designed and facilitated a strategic discovery process that spanned from the scope of vision and mission to the development of achievable goals. We also facilitated the development of a marketing plan that could promote this strategic direction to both existing and potential customers. In addition, we created an environment that was conducive to a newly merged organization and developed a process by which lab projects could benefit from collaboration.

Results

Additional funding was generated from the Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program Office for US Army. Our actions helped the company gain significant visibility for other programs to reach influential decision-makers including congressional staffers for representatives who are members of the House Armed Services Committee. As a result of both collaboration and numerous technical joint displays, additional funding support from US Army’s Tank Automotive Research Development and Engineering Center was secured for a classified program and new collaborative research programs were pursued.
