Here’s how it works:

First, we identify where you are in the process of change. Through discovery and diagnosis, we uncover root cause and effect so you can commit to change. Our assessment will look at many things including leadership, direction, strategy, sustainability, finance, sales, marketing and human resources. We’ll provide a documented Statement of Work so you know exactly what to expect when it comes to cost, measurement and timeframe.

When you’re ready, we will build a specific roadmap of prioritized actions. We put the assessment and roadmap through our Trilogy C-Suite Review to ensure our approach passes the sniff test of experienced senior executives and advisors.

We walk beside you as the roadmap is implemented, step-by-step, in the agreed sequence and timing. The Trilogy team will be there every step of the way as your team executes the plan. As part of the initial scope, we’ll agree on what to measure, when to measure and how to measure. At the agreed time, we’ll call timeout and see where we are — then celebrate, raise the bar and get moving on the next step to sustainable growth.
