Blair has over 35 years of experience working in small family owned businesses, midsize telecommunication/media companies, large public corporations, and international companies. Blair served in various administrative management roles. Most specifically twenty of those years were spent as Chief of Staff for a thought leader, Chairman and CEO who founded or bought fourteen companies in seven countries and believed the best way to predict the future was to invest in it. Blair observed first-hand the arduous tasks board members, executives, directors, managers, and their employees faced, and became adept at identifying methods for resolving business and personal challenges.
Through that experience, Blair founded The Blatie Group, a coaching practice that provides motivational and mindful guidance, while incorporating the science and application of positive psychology in a solutions-based approach. Her clients make positive changes through transitioning in or out of a job, position, or career. They experience personal growth and improve emotional awareness while building healthy relationships. Blair guides clients through the process of overcoming a fear, or pushing beyond their comfort zone to challenge themselves.
Blair serves on the Executive Board of Rider University’s Women’s Leadership Council where she is Co-Chairman of the Mentor/Protégé Program that fosters leadership and career advancement to female students. Blair is on the Advisory Board of Seeds to Sew International.
