In addition to being one of the original Alliance Partners at Trilogy, Doug established Paradigm Associates, LLC in 1985 and is now represented by professionals in ten states.
Doug’s clients are business executives, managers and sales professionals throughout North and South America, Europe and South Africa spanning over 50 different industries. In addition to his work on strategic planning and leadership issues, his peers know him across the U.S. as “The Sales Doctor” for his ability to diagnosis missing elements of the sales process. Doug is an experienced speaker at national and international conferences, was a columnist for American Executive magazine, and has appeared on television and radio.
An advocate of continuous improvement, Doug has received Certifications as a Business Coach, Total Quality Institute (TQI) Facilitator, and Analyst for the Attribute, DISC and Values Indexes.
At Procter & Gamble and other manufacturing companies, Doug managed both line and staff. While at the University of Delaware, he was elected to campus-wide, regional and national offices, was an Intern in the U.S. Senate and received an Undergraduate Research Grant to study Leadership Styles versus Group Behavior.
