Ken Jacobs, ACC, CPC, is a certified coach and experienced consultant and trainer. For more than 10 years, as Principal of Jacobs Consulting & Executive Coaching, he has helped senior leaders, managers, and executive managers in the public relations, communications, advertising, and marketing fields achieve and surpass their goals by becoming more inspiring leaders. In addition, he has helped communications agencies grow and manage business, improve client service and relationships, and enhance staff performance.

Prior to launching his business, Jacobs spent 25 years in management and leadership positions with a number of public relations agencies. At each of these firms, Ken served on senior  management  and  leadership  committees  responsible for staff development, training, morale, recruitment, and retention.

While at Marina Maher Communications, Jacobs founded and led “MMC Masters,” the agency’s training program, which was cited for excellence by PR industry magazine The Holmes Report.

Ken is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and serves as Secretary/Director of Communications on the Board of ICF-NJ. He serves on the Mentoring Committee of Public Relations Society of America’s (PRSA) New York chapter, is an active member of its Counselors Academy, and is on the board of PRSA’s New Jersey chapter. He is the recipient of the chapter’s 2014 Pyramid Award for Chapter Service.
