A defense radar engineer by early training, Peter is a seasoned executive who has worked in engineering, sales, finance, administration and organizational development. He brings his coaching and leadership experience to the clients of Trilogy Partners, helping them grow their business and improve their lives.

Peter founded The Quintessence Corp. in 2000 to help clients create a performance culture by developing employees and improving both leadership systems and business processes. Key components of its services include coaching the executive team and other managers, developing talented people into leaders, training and facilitating teams to fix operational processes, and revamping the process for recruiting and selecting top talent.

Peter coined “Changineering” to label a process to create a culture of accountability by setting goals and getting results. He has worked with clients in diverse sectors including: Healthcare, Federal Government, Municipal Utilities, Engineering, Construction, Printing, Insurance, Software, Automotive, Security, Financial, Telecommunications, Utilities, Environmental, and Education.

Peter is certified by The Rubi Ho Group as a Strategic and Organizational Leadership (SaOL®) consultant and coach.  The SaOL® approach focuses on achieving higher levels of Organizational Health to drive business results. He is also certified by the University of Georgia as a Sherpa Executive Coach and Sherpa Leadership Facilitator, Resource Associates Corporation as a Leadership Facilitator, and Total Quality Institute as a Quality Facilitator.

Peter sits on two non-profit boards: The Lower Bucks Family YMCA, and the Pennsbury Society, which manages William Penn’s country estate located in lower Bucks County.  For nine years he was on the board of a local charter school, serving as its president for two years.  An Eagle Scout, Peter is a former Boy Scout leader.
